Because of these limits — especially around payments, branding, and communication — we typically recommend having a separate SavvySuite account for each business to keep everything clean, clear, and running smoothly.

That said, if you’re comfortable manually organizing with folders, tags, and workflows, it’s possible to manage both businesses inside a single account.

Are There Lock-In Contracts? Can I Cancel Anytime?

No, there are no lock-in contracts with SavvySuite. Your subscription will renew monthly or annually based on the plan you choose, and you’re free to cancel anytime — though we think you’ll love staying!

Can I Use My Own Domain?

Yes! You can connect an unlimited number of custom domains to your SavvySuite account. Just a note: each account can only have one email sending domain. Does SavvySuite Have an App for Me or My Members to Use?

Yes — and you get two!

For you and your team: You’ll use the LeadConnector app, giving you mobile access to your SavvySuite account anytime, anywhere. Manage leads, track conversations, check bookings, and stay on top of tasks — all from your phone.

For your members or students: They’ll use the Kollab app to easily access any courses, communities, or memberships you create inside SavvySuite. It’s a seamless, distraction-free experience that keeps your audience connected without relying on platforms like Facebook.

Prefer a fully branded experience? You also have the option to white-label the app under your own business name and branding for a small additional monthly fee.

Does SavvySuite Integrate with Accounting Tools?

Yes, SavvySuite integrates directly with QuickBooks, and a Xero integration is currently in development and expected soon.

Most members connect Stripe or PayPal as their payment gateways, which easily syncs with many accounting systems.

Can SavvySuite Handle Project Management?

Not yet — but it’s coming soon!

Currently, you can manage client-related tasks inside SavvySuite. Under Contacts > Tasks, you can assign internal reminders and admin actions — like sales follow-ups, sending proposals, or custom to-dos for your team. Tasks can be created manually or triggered automatically through workflows.

(For example, when someone submits an inquiry, a follow-up task can be instantly assigned.)

If your projects involve multiple stages, team collaboration, or detailed sub-tasks, we recommend continuing to use a dedicated project management tool for now.

Our native project management feature is already in testing and is expected to launch later this year — it’s one of our most-requested updates, and we can’t wait to bring it to life for you.
